We are unlike the regular gym, where you go and do your own thing. At CROSSFIT CULPEPER you will be coached each and every time you walk through the door.
Regardless of your current condition or age, you can improve your fitness and health. Our conditioning program is different from what you are used to as we will teach you basic gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and we will teach you things that you have NEVER thought possible like hand stand push-ups or muscle-ups.

We can then give you a call or email to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, decide that CrossFit Culpeper is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our Foundations introductory course.
By offering one-on-one training during the Foundations course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the Foundations Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your Foundations Course.
